E-Invoice Policy & Tax Compliance

響應環保無紙化，提供便捷的稅務憑證服務

發票開立與統編 (Issuance & VAT Number)

全面採用電子發票，訂單出貨後將自動寄送至您的信箱。

無紙本寄送

本店僅提供電子發票檔案，不另寄紙本。若需紙本報帳，請直接從 Email 下載 PDF 檔自行列印即可。

開立時間：通常於訂單出貨後 7 日內（不含例假日）開立，並寄送至您訂購時填寫的電子信箱。
公司戶發票 (統編)：請於結帳頁面選擇「公司戶發票」，並填寫完整抬頭與統一編號。
* 若需寄至公司會計信箱，請於訂單備註中說明。

載具歸戶與捐贈 (Cloud Invoice & Donation)

結帳時選擇「雲端發票」，可使用手機條碼歸戶或直接捐贈。

使用載具：
- 會員載具：寄至會員註冊信箱。
- 手機條碼：請填寫正確條碼，發票將存入該手機條碼載具。
捐贈發票：結帳時選擇「捐贈發票」，並挑選欲捐贈的公益單位。
公司戶限制：選擇公司戶發票（統編）時，依規定無法同時使用載具或捐贈。
急件處理：若您有急需取得發票的需求，請主動聯繫客服人員協助優先處理。

發票須知 (Good to Know)

發票更改與重開 (Correction)

抬頭或統一編號填寫錯誤，請於收到發票後盡快聯繫客服。
能否更正或重開，將依發票狀態、開立期別與稅務規定判斷。
發票若未收到或遺失，可聯繫客服協助重新寄送至您的信箱。
為加快處理，請提供訂單編號與正確的抬頭／統編資訊。

退貨折讓與中獎 (Returns & Prize)

退貨折讓：辦理退貨或部分退款時，將同步處理電子發票之折讓或作廢。
中獎發票：已歸戶載具可使用自動對獎服務；中獎通知與獎金領取／匯款方式，依財政部電子發票平台設定為準。
對獎查詢：未歸戶之發票，可至財政部電子發票整合服務平台查詢與對獎。

Going paperless — a simple, convenient way to handle your tax records.

Issuance & Unified Business Number

All invoices are issued electronically. After your order ships, the invoice is sent automatically to the email you provided at checkout.

PAPERLESS

We provide e-invoice files only — no paper copies are mailed. If you need a paper copy for expense claims, please download the PDF from the email and print a copy for your records.

Issuance: usually issued within 7 days of dispatch (excluding holidays) and sent to the email you provided at checkout.
Business invoice: at checkout, choose "Company invoice" and enter the full company name and Unified Business Number (UBN).
* If it should go to your accounting email, please note it in the order remarks.

Cloud Invoice & Donation

Choose "Cloud e-invoice" at checkout to store the invoice in a carrier or donate it.

Carriers:
- Member carrier: stored under your member account, with details sent to your registered email.
- Mobile barcode: enter the correct barcode and the invoice is stored on that carrier.
Donation: choose "Donate invoice" at checkout and pick a charity.
Company invoices: when choosing a company (VAT) invoice, carriers and donation are not available, per regulations.
Urgent requests: if you need the invoice quickly, contact us and we'll prioritise it.

Good to Know

Corrections & Re-issue

If the company name or Unified Business Number (UBN) is wrong, contact us as soon as you receive the invoice.
Whether it can be corrected or re-issued depends on the invoice status, issuing period, and tax rules.
If you didn't receive the invoice or lost it, we can re-send it to your email.
To speed things up, please provide your order number and the correct company name / UBN details.

Returns, Allowances & Invoice Lottery

Returns & allowances: when a return or partial refund is processed, the related e-invoice allowance or voiding is handled at the same time.
Invoice lottery: invoices stored in a carrier can use automatic lottery checking; prize notifications and how winnings are claimed / paid follow the Ministry of Finance e-Invoice Platform.
Lottery checking: invoices not stored in a carrier can be checked on the Ministry of Finance e-Invoice Platform.
