配送方式與運費 (Methods & Rates)

全館免運

全館免運費，不限金額。宅配與超商取貨皆不另收運費。

  • 宅配 (Home Delivery)：新竹物流配送，台灣本島免運費。* 外島地區請先聯繫客服確認運送方式。
  • 超商取貨 (CVS Pickup)：7-11 / 全家，免運費。* 需符合超商體積與重量限制，部分大型器材不適用。

出貨時間與時效 (Schedule)

我們會依照訂單成立時間、付款狀態與庫存狀況，安排當日或最近批次出貨。

  • 宅配 (平日 / 週六)：平日 15:00 前、週六 11:00 前完成訂單，將安排當日出貨。* 台灣本島地區配送最快可於隔日送達，實際時間仍以物流配送狀況為準。
  • 超商取貨 (每日出貨)：每日 18:00 前完成訂單，將安排當日寄出。* 配送至指定門市約需 2–3 個工作天，實際到貨時間以超商物流為準。
庫存提醒

商品庫存流動較快，若遇缺貨或調貨，出貨時間可能順延。如有急用，建議下單前先聯繫客服確認庫存。

配送須知 (Shipping Notes)

訂單追蹤與通知 (Order Tracking)

  • 商品出貨後，將以 Email／簡訊 通知物流單號。
  • 可至物流業者官網或會員中心「訂單查詢」追蹤配送進度。
  • 如逾預計時效仍未收到，請聯繫客服協助查件。

收貨檢查與破損處理 (Inspection)

  • 收件時請當場檢查外箱，確認包裝完整。
  • 若外箱明顯破損、變形或受潮，建議當場拒收或拍照存證。
  • 貴重或易碎器材，建議全程錄影開箱以保障權益。
  • 如有損壞，請於到貨 7 日內聯繫客服協助處理。

大型 / 精密器材配送 (Oversized Gear)

  • 大型監聽喇叭、音箱等體積較大商品，不適用超商取貨。
  • 精密與易碎器材採加強包裝，必要時以原廠外箱保護。
  • 部分大型商品可預約配送時段，下單後由客服與您確認。
  • 如需上樓或特殊搬運，請於訂購時先行告知。

配送範圍與取貨期限 (Coverage)

  • 配送範圍：台灣本島與離島（外島運費另計，請先洽客服）。
  • 目前暫不提供海外配送。
  • 超商取貨：請於到貨後 7 日內領取，逾期將自動退回。
  • 國定假日與連續假期，出貨將順延，實際出貨日以公告為準。

Methods & Rates

Free shipping

Free shipping storewide, with no minimum order. No shipping fee for home delivery or convenience store pickup.

  • Home Delivery: via Hsinchu Logistics, free within main-island Taiwan.* For outlying islands, please contact us first to confirm shipping options.
  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven / FamilyMart, free.* Subject to store size and weight limits; some large gear is not eligible.

Dispatch Schedule

We arrange same-day or next-available-batch dispatch based on your order time, payment status, and stock availability.

  • Home Delivery (Weekdays / Sat): Orders completed before 15:00 on weekdays or 11:00 on Saturdays are dispatched the same day.* Main-island Taiwan can arrive as fast as the next day; actual timing depends on the courier.
  • Store Pickup (Daily Dispatch): Orders completed before 18:00 are shipped the same day.* Delivery to your chosen store takes about 2–3 business days; actual timing depends on the store's logistics.
Stock note

Inventory moves quickly. If an item is out of stock or being restocked, dispatch may be delayed. If you need it urgently, please check stock with us before ordering.

Shipping Notes

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email / SMS.
  • Track progress on the courier's website or under "Order Lookup" in your account.
  • If it hasn't arrived past the estimated time, contact us and we'll help trace it.

Inspection & Damage

  • On delivery, please inspect the outer box on the spot and confirm it's intact.
  • If the box is visibly damaged, dented, or wet, decline it or photograph it as evidence.
  • For valuable or fragile gear, we recommend filming the unboxing to protect your rights.
  • Report any damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll assist.

Oversized / Precision Gear

  • Large studio monitors, speakers, and other bulky items are not eligible for store pickup.
  • Precision and fragile gear ships with reinforced packaging, using the original box where needed.
  • Some large items offer scheduled delivery; we'll confirm a time with you after ordering.
  • Let us know in advance if you need help carrying items upstairs or any special handling.

Coverage & Pickup Window

  • Coverage: main-island Taiwan and offshore islands (island surcharge applies — please contact us).
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.
  • Store pickup: please collect within 7 days of arrival, or the order is automatically returned.
  • Dispatch is delayed during public holidays; actual dispatch dates follow our announcements.
