THINK2 is an official direct-run professional audio store, with our headquarters and technical studio based in Kaohsiung as the physical base for product selection and hands-on testing. We do more than deliver gear. We help podcasters, streamers, home recordists, and music creators build workflows that truly fit their needs.

Our Strengths

We do not recommend gear by spec sheets alone. We start with your room, your content, your software, and the way you actually work.

  • Hands-On Verification: Our team breaks down products technically and tests them in real setups, so we can speak from stability, compatibility, and daily-use experience.
  • Workflow-Based Technical Support: From livestreaming and recording to arranging, meetings, and teaching, we help map the gear and signal flow around the job it needs to do.
  • Need-Based Matching: We clarify your goals and budget first, then recommend more than a single item — we help shape a complete, usable audio workflow.
  • Support Before and After Purchase: Online consultation, warranty handling, and technical support are part of the experience. For advanced testing or setup, you can also book time with our Kaohsiung studio. Basic usage help (unboxing, initial setup, common questions) comes with your purchase; advanced installation, system integration, and sound tuning can be arranged separately as needed.
