SynthMaster 3 Core Architecture

• Multi-Layer Design: A single instance supports up to 16 Layers, allowing for quick sound stacking by adding or duplicating existing Layers.
• Modular Configuration: Each Layer has 16 module slots, covering Generator and Effect modules.
• Generator Modules: Includes Basic, Additive, Vector, Wavetable, VAnalog, Granular Oscillator, and Modulator.
• Visual Routing: The Routing tab provides a clear signal flow view, allowing free addition, removal, bypass, or replacement of modules, and creation of complex inter-module connections.
• Multiple View Modes: Offers Layer View (single-layer editing), Track View (multi-layer keyboard zoning and sequencer editing), and Mix View (multi-layer effects and send editing).

New Oscillator Technology

• Granular Oscillator: Can perform granular synthesis on single samples, multi-samples, or wavetables. Supports up to 16 Voices, with each Voice having 32 Grains (up to 512 Grains per single oscillator). Features rich randomization parameters such as volume, phase, pitch, position, length, and playback direction.
• VAnalog Oscillator (Virtual Analog Oscillator): Generates waveforms in real-time using Curve Segments, simulating analog circuit characteristics. Features two morphable waveforms and an independent Sub Oscillator. Includes various well-known analog synthesizer waveforms and provides Oversampling options to eliminate aliasing noise.

Advanced Effects and Filters

• Diverse Filters: Includes various filter modules such as Digital, VAnalog, State Variable, Ladder, Diode Ladder, Bite, and Comb.
• Phaser Filter: A new polyphonic phase filter, with each voice operating independently, creating rich phase effects through multiple all-pass filters.
• Formant Filter: Simulates vowel sounds using parallel filter banks, allowing users to select starting and ending vowels and perform smooth morphing.
• Waveshaper: Offers various distortion algorithms such as Soft Tanh, Fuzz, Bitcrush, and supports "Custom" mode, allowing users to draw their own unipolar or bipolar distortion curves.

Modulation System and Sequencer

• Powerful Modulation Sources: Each layer supports 32 modulation sources, including ADSR, Multistage Envelope, LFO, Step LFO, and the new Noise LFO.
• Noise LFO: Generates Sample & Hold noise, supporting various noise types such as White, Pink, Brown, combined with an Attack/Decay envelope follower.
• Scaler (Improved Keyscaler): Not limited to keyboard tracking, it can now receive any modulation source as input and use it as a Waveshaper.
• Independent Arpeggiator / Sequencer: Each Layer has an independent arpeggiator and sequencer. Supports random trigger, glide, and hold parameters for each step. Features independent MIDI output channels, allowing signals to be sent to other tracks in the DAW.

Editor and Browser Functions

• Waveform Editor: Create single-cycle waveforms by drawing with curve segments or freehand, supporting spectral editing.
• Wavetable Editor: Create wavetables using single-cycle waveforms or sample files, with 7 built-in wavetable effects (Spectral Filter, Bender, LoFi, etc.), exportable as WAV format for use in other synthesizers.
• Multi-Sample Editor: Supports drag-and-drop of WAV/AIFF files to automatically create multi-samples, automatically identifies root notes in filenames, and can export to SFZ format.
• Smart Browser: Supports multi-filtering (instrument type, style, author, etc.) and offers NKS preview functionality, allowing auditioning of sounds without loading.
