NUX C-9|5.8GHz Erhu Dedicated Wireless Pickup System
A 5.8GHz wireless pickup system that makes erhu performances more free
NUX C-9 is NUX's erhu dedicated wireless pickup system. It uses 5.8GHz wireless transmission technology and features 24-bit / 44.1kHz audio specifications, 5.3ms low latency, and a transmission range of up to approximately 20 meters, built specifically for live performance and mobile performance needs of traditional folk instruments.
Compared with traditional wired pickup methods, NUX C-9 achieves greater stage mobility and a more intuitive setup process through automatic pairing, channel detection, and a dedicated erhu clip design. Compared with general-purpose instrument wireless systems, the C-9 is optimized directly for erhu pickup angle, traditional music performance scenarios, and lightweight portability needs.
Who is the NUX C-9 for?
NUX C-9 Core Technologies and Features
- 5.8GHz wireless transmission architecture: Uses the globally open 5.8GHz band, avoiding common congested low-frequency interference environments and providing more stable live wireless transmission performance.
- 24-bit / 44.1kHz high-quality transmission: With 24-bit Bit Depth and 44.1kHz Sample Rate, it preserves the delicate bowing texture, dynamic changes, and performance layers of the erhu.
- 5.3ms ultra-low latency: System latency is as low as 5.3ms, making the response feel closer to real time and reducing the time gap between monitoring and actual performance.
- Approx. 20-meter effective transmission range: Suitable for teaching spaces, small stages, rehearsal rooms, and mobile performance scenarios, balancing movement range and stable connection.
- Dedicated erhu clip design: Includes a clip designed specifically for erhu, better matching the instrument structure and common pickup angles while improving convenience without affecting playing feel.
- Automatic pairing and channel detection: Reduces complicated setup steps so you can quickly get into working mode after powering on, especially useful for musicians who need to set up quickly before a performance.
- One-touch mute operation: Short-press the transmitter power button to switch to mute mode, making it easier to control signal output during temporary pauses, position changes, or equipment adjustments.
- Lightweight body: The combined weight of transmitter and receiver is only 60.9g, making it easier to mount on the instrument and carry around without adding extra burden.
- Built-in lithium battery power: Both transmitter and receiver use built-in lithium batteries, with about 3 hours of working time per charge, suitable for rehearsals, teaching, and medium-to-short performances.
- Dedicated charging case: Comes with a 3000mAh charging case that combines protection, storage, and recharging; when fully charged, it can fully recharge the entire system 2 times.
- USB-C charging: The charging case can be charged via USB-C, making it easier to share cables and power accessories with modern mobile devices.
- LED battery indicators: TX, RX, and the charging case all provide LED indicators for quick battery status and charging progress checks.
