This percussion sound library contains 1,649 high-resolution 24-bit/48kHz stereo WAV files, capturing the subtle resonances of glass and filament, from crisp taps to sustained tones, and otherworldly sound effects.

Compared to traditional synthesizers or conventional sampled sound sources, Luminabells offers a unique, organically textured sound through deep sampling of everyday objects. It deliberately retains the low-frequency and high-frequency noise generated during the recording process to amplify faint sounds, transforming these "impurities" into sonic complexity and character, infusing your music with an irreplaceable sense of fragility and etherealness.

Deep Sampling of Real Light Bulbs: Sounds are derived from physically striking real incandescent light bulbs of various sizes and shapes, capturing the unique, bell-like resonance of their glass casings and internal filaments.
Rich Articulations: The sampling process involved striking with fingers, palms, wooden sticks, soft mallets, and even other light bulbs, meticulously recording the unique timbres produced by each material collision.
Tuned and Un-tuned Percussion: The sound library includes carefully tuned sounds (Tuned Percussion) that can be played directly as melodic instruments; it also provides a large number of un-tuned percussive sounds (Un-tuned Percussion) suitable for rhythm and sound effect design.
Deliberately Retained Sonic Textures: To amplify the faint original sounds of the light bulbs, some low-frequency noise and high-frequency hiss were inevitably boosted during recording. The development team chose to fully retain these sonic imperfections, incorporating them as part of the timbre, which adds to the sound's complexity and organic realism.
Built-in Ambience Patches: In addition to percussion sounds, Luminabells also provides 20 additional ambience presets designed from the original sampled material, perfect for quickly building ethereal backgrounds and emotional textures.
