In addition to faithfully reproducing the original unit's sonic characteristics, PSP McQ incorporates several practical modern designs, such as freely adjustable high-pass and low-pass filters, a steepness (resonance) control added for high and low-frequency shelving filters, and bell filter options for the low and high-frequency bands. The mid-frequency section further offers three preset Q values and features gain-following Q characteristics, making adjustments more musical and intuitive. Furthermore, the output stage is equipped with our exclusive second-generation SAT (Saturation) processing, which not only effectively prevents digital clipping but also adds a smooth and pleasing saturation to overdriven signals, imparting the final analog warmth to your audio productions.
