Shopping Credits Overview

Shopping Credits (Usage Rules)

Redemption Rate: 1 Credit = NT$ 1.
Redemption Cap: Maximum deduction is 10% of the total order amount.
Stackable: Can be used together with Member Points.
Restrictions: Not applicable for certain items. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Management: Check balance in "Member Area > Shopping Credits". Non-transferable between accounts.

Issuance & Expiry (Validity)

Birthday Credits: Issued on the 1st of each month. Valid for 30 days. Expired credits are automatically deducted.
Surprise Credits: Limited-time credits based on event announcements.
Refund Policy: Credits used will be returned if the order is cancelled or returned within the inspection period.

Member Points Policy

⚠️ Important Notice: Effective June 15, 2025, we will cease issuing new Member Points. Existing points remain valid until their expiration date.

Redemption Mechanism

Threshold: Available for orders over NT$ 1,000.
Exchange Rate: Every 3 Points = NT$ 1 deduction.
Redemption Cap: Maximum deduction is 10% of the order total (Stackable with Credits).
Exclusions: Specific items may not be eligible for point accumulation or redemption. Points used do not count towards reward calculations.

Issuance & Expiration

Issuance Time: Automatically credited to your account after the inspection period ends.
Expiration Date: Valid until December 31st of the issuance year. Unused points will expire automatically.
Return Policy: Points used will be refunded if the item is returned within the inspection period.
Check Balance: Go to "Member Area > Member Points".
