Reason Studio Arpeggio Lab | Creative Arpeggio Design and Rhythm Generator
Reason Studio Arpeggio Lab is an arpeggio and rhythm tool designed for composing and performing, able to quickly turn chords or single notes into rhythmically engaging melodic fragments. Supported Applications and Workflow Integration
In Reason, place Arpeggio Lab as a Player before an instrument; incoming MIDI will be arpeggiated and sent to the target sound. It can work with the DAW's tempo, time signature, and automation, and the output can be recorded to a MIDI track for further editing. In other DAWs, load it via the Reason Rack Plugin and insert Arpeggio Lab in the Rack, routing it to instruments inside the Rack or to external sound sources — enabling workflows in Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Studio One, Cubase, Pro Tools, and more. It can also be used with workflow tools or AI assistants that provide chord progressions and rhythm suggestions, allowing quick parameter tweaks to produce usable musical phrases.
